Return & Refund Policy

At ComputersCraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before initiating a request. Our policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

1. Return Eligibility

ComputersCraft offers a 3-day return window starting from the purchase date or delivery date (for online orders). Returns are only accepted if the product meets the specific conditions listed below.

2. Returns for New Items

To qualify for a return, new items must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Must be strictly sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Packaging must be undamaged.

Note: Opened, unsealed, used, or damaged new items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Returns for Used / Open-Box Items

Used or open-box products are eligible for return only if:

  • Returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Packaging is complete, original, and undamaged.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are intact.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Altered
  • Broken
  • Burned
  • Mishandled
  • Showing signs of abuse or improper use

Products that fail to meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

For New Items

Opened or unsealed products:
Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the product is considered sold.

For Used / Open-Box Items

Damaged or mishandled items:
Any item that shows signs of damage, alteration, burning, or misuse is non-returnable.

For All Categories

Backordered (“On Order”) items:
Items specially ordered on request are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@computerscraft.pk
within 3 days of purchase.

Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

A refund will be issued only if all return conditions are met.

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
